Our New Favorite Coffee Spot! We stopped by this location and were blown away! The place has such a warm and inviting vibe, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. You can tell they really care about their customers and love what they do. The menu has so many great options, whether you’re in the mood for a classic coffee or something a little more unique. We tried their espresso nevados, and wow it was incredible! The perfect mix of rich espresso and creamy goodness. Definitely one of the best we’ve had! Between the amazing drinks, delicious food, and top-notch service, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Visited on 3/11 at 7:30AM Overall: excellent! Coffee was amazing (latte). Service: excellent (very friendly/joyful) Atmosphere: best of both worlds. Very nice and modern design (like a Starbucks) but it also gives you a local vibe (as a Latino, I loved it!) bilingual environment (Spanish and English).

Thanks to the staff at Juan Valdez in Orlando, FL. The ladies were super helpful . Enjoyed my first tastes of the Cortadito double shot and the Coladita single shot of the Cuban Classics . Worth the walk! Best~

I come here often during the week for Dulce de leche coffee! It's so good! Customer service is always nice especially Velen, she's very nice and friendly!

Stopped by to kill some time and get some writing done. Enjoyed a mocha latte and a buñuelo, both of which were excellent. This was pretty quiet when I got there, I think because it’s somewhat new. Colombian coffee, Colombian treats, and (I think) Colombian music playing in the background. Very quiet and relaxing with excellent coffee and my new favorite savory treat, the buñuelo.

Food: We ordered 3 egg, ham, and cheese croissants, 2 beef empanadas, a tequeño, a latte, and an espresso. The empanadas were ice cold, so we had to return them. The croissants weren’t very warm either, and we sent one back to be reheated. I think the food just needs a little more time in the express oven. Atmosphere: There isn’t much seating space, but it was fine since they weren’t busy at the time. Service: We also ended up paying more because we ordered à la carte, and only later noticed on the digital menu screen that they had a special that included the latte with the croissants. I wish the girls had mentioned that to us. I’m supposed to get a free coffee with this review, so I’ll give them another chance to get it right.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere. Karen definitely knows how to treat people and suggest the entire menu. The place is very well-maintained and clean. It's worth coming back to enjoy great coffee and food.
